    Unfortunately engineer had to return and refit...

    Unfortunately engineer had to return and refit doors, sealing strips and put in external insulation around frames. Vents ordered but not manufactured. Door handles wrong colour. One of the sealed units has a foreign body between the glass panes and is in the process of being replaced. We were highly recommended to your firm and it's sad that an excellent product and service has been let down by not following manufacturing quality control and mediocre fitting. This has left us very disappointed in your company Marilyn Dixon 0161 773 4795

    Fitters excellent. Wrong glass on bathroom window. Stipolite provided when chantily was ordered. We decided to keep stipolite.

    Very poor communication between trades +...

    Very poor communication between trades + ourselves. No time line given. Felt tasks/ jobs were rushed at times leaving small detail touch-ups. We're very pleased with our orangery but this was let down by sub-contractors.
