Traveled 40 miles for appointment with surveyor...
Traveled 40 miles for appointment with surveyor only to be told some 20 minutes before that he could not make it. Explained our situation to woman who called and she became very rude and then said that they did not our business. In addition to the two porches we were going to order an orangery too. When I rang back she was adamant that she did not want our trade.
