Very good. The fitters arrived at the appointed time, moved fittings appropriately and left the area clean and tidy. Two very pleasant personnel.

Very pleased with the finished orangery. The build process was stress free and well managed. We are highly satisfied with the company. The staff were hard working, punctual and pleasant at all times.

Arrived too early without warning about 7:30am. Friendly workmen. Work was completed much quicker than expected. A final check of the work done would have been a good idea and may have saved the workmen returning the following day to complete the work. On discovering the glass units next to the door had been ordered wrong, the customer service was really good. The new ones were ordered and installed a few weeks later without any issue. Really happy with my new windows and the new door looks really great. Thank you.

Very pleased I chose Visual conservatories, from the initial contact I had professionalism all the way. The workmen came when they said they would and worked hard the whole day. Before they went home they made sure everything was clean and tidy. All the trades worked in unison so my conservatory was completed in the time stated and to a very high standard. from the moment we walked into the show room we were not put under any sales pressure, we decided that we wanted an orangery Drury advised us of styles, sizes etc, he carried out an interim visit the next day he was punctual, well mannered and again did not put us under any pressure. when we decided to go ahead with the build he returned and went through the finer details. The surveyor came to measure he was also well mannered and punctual, he explained what would happen in the time scales and advised on design etc. The builders were efficient, well mannered and cleaned up at the end of each day, their workmanship second to none. The electrician was punctual and tidy The Glaziers were efficient, punctual and clean as was the plasterer, the joiner who laid the floor worked efficiently and was also punctual. Overall the service was excellent we were informed each time one section was complete when the next one would start, we would recommend this company and are delighted with our new orangery!!!
