Exceptional service from start to finish. Called in showroom and was given price within 5 mins. Steve was not pushy and no hard sell. We were actually only enquiring but were so impressed we followed up day after and placed order. Job completed within three weeks and the fitters were brilliant. it was a pleasure to have tradesmen who took a pride in their work-nothing too much trouble. Everyone who we had dealings with were brilliant. Cannot recommend this company high enough.

The lead times given at placing order were...
The lead times given at placing order were incorrect, in reality they were doubled. Communication of when the job would start, duration etc, was poor, especially by other trades.
