Amazing customer service. Lewis was a great point of contact. He went above and beyond what we expected from a glass company, for example coming out to the house out of business hours to suit us and also opening the showroom especially for us to view products. He also arranged for a local frosting/film company to put film on windows for extra privacy. The price was also extremely competitive but we went with Mitchells as the service was exceptional.

Amazing customer service. Lewis was a great point of contact. He went above and beyond what we expected from a glass company, for example coming out to the house out of business hours to suit us and also opening the showroom especially for us to view products. The 2 main reasons for using Coastline windows...
The 2 main reasons for using Coastline windows were (1) competitive pricing (2) advisor understood what we wanted, showed us the design on his computer and gave us exact quote there and then.

Your fitters Gary & Emma were punctual, well mannered, a great team and as tidy as they could be. The only thing that let your company down was two different glass designs fitted in bathroom window, your error (was sorted within a few days though).
The Thankyou card was a nice touch but whoever put them in envelope forgot to put in a paper questionnaire, luckily I can send online.
Would definitely use your company again and if anyone asks will say your name!!

The initial contact with Mitchell Glass was very positive. The salesman understood our wishes perfectly and gave us confidence in the firm. The fitters were very conscientious, helpful and pleasant and arrived on time and left each evening after completing a good days work and could certainly be recommended as they were an asset to the company. The quality of work was excellent and was completed exactly as we had been told, which enabled us to make further arrangements on the project. My wife and I were delighted that we chose Mitchell Glass and would be very happy to recommend them.
