The whole process from start to finish was...
The whole process from start to finish was faultless, from the consultation to the builders, to the fitters. I always knew what was happening and when and everybody turned up when they should have done and that is a great bonus especially when you take time off work for the purpose. Everyone was very professional but also very friendly and were always ready to answer any questions that I had. At the end of it I have great doors and easily the best windows in the street. Would I use Amber Home Improvements again? You bet I would.

Our experience of using Amber Home Improvements...
Our experience of using Amber Home Improvements was superb. The sales staff were excellent - helpful, knowledgeable, incredibly patient and not at all 'pushy'. The installation process was everything we could have hoped for, with skilled and friendly installers who worked quickly and efficiently. We did have a couple of small manufacturing issues with scratches on windows but these were very quickly resolved and the installer from Conservatory Outlet was absolutely excellent - nothing was too much trouble.
Having now experienced the windows and doors for a few weeks, including one very stormy period, we can confirm they are of superb quality with no draughts or problems.
We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Amber Home Improvements and Conservatory Outlet.
