The company were reliable and professional, giving me the date I needed to install my doors which meant they had to be done quicker-thank  you for this! The installers were quick and tidy and provided a quality finish. Decently priced also.

My wife and I recently requested a quote from Permaframe for the installation of an Orangery. We went straight to Permaframe as we had all our windows installed by them a few years ago. We dealt with Ian Holloway which I must say was a refreshing experience, Ian was very knowledgeable and professional and at no time did we feel that we were under any pressure. Ian did several quotes to our exact specifications including detailed drawings. Unfortunately we were not able to move forward with our plans straight away, but will definitely revisit Permaframe when in a better position.

Absolutely delighted with the new roof on my conservatory, which we can now use all year round. Excellent service, both from the point of view of communication but also from the quality of the job. I would thoroughly recommend ERG.

Our experience with 5-Star was mixed. The product is now installed and has made an attractive bright garden room extension that flows seamlessly from our lounge. We are delighted with the space it has created and would recommend the product. Unfortunately, however, the installation process was far from smooth and has taken 10months since we signed the contract. The process was quite stressful for us Several times the company had failed to order components putting us several weeks behind schedule. They also underquoted at the start which caused concern. The administration. team were generally quite obliging and worked to get the issues sorted out in the end. The company was very fair at acknowledging where jobs on site had not been completed to the standard promised and ensured that their installers returned to correct before the job was considered complete. We felt supported by this and all of the workmen that came to site were extremely pleasant and did a good job. Overall, although a stressful ride at times we are very happy with the room now that it is ours to use.

Right from the outset we were told they rarely use sub contractors, however this was simply untrue as the majority of the work was carried out by poor quality subcontractors.  This resulted in numerous secondary visits to remedy problems. In addition the roofing sub contractor disappeared for three days! The completion date that was set and agreed at the beginning was missed due to all the delays. It was a painful and stressful experience.

Very impressed with the quality of the product and the brilliant installation. My fitters Lee and Ryan were brilliant - friendly, trust worthy, perfectionists! They were always clear on the length of the project, what needed to be done etc and I can't fault them at all. So happy with the end product and experience overall - thank you!

I was very happy with the process followed from Sales to installation and follow up regarding a couple of minor issues. Although time will tell, the quality of the product seems very good. I would recommend TradeMark to others.

Removal of old conservatory/build work for new installation and installation of new unit were separated by weeks, rather than days, which was inconvenient. Subsequently a failure of communication between two people who work together left us unable to use our washing machine for close to a month. An annoying part of a very good job.
