From the start of thinking about replacing our conservatory, the initial rep was excellent and he was the only one (out of four quotes) to go into full detail of what was available. From the beginning the workmen were very professional and the work outstanding. The reassurance of being kept informed as they went along was very good. We would recommend 5* to anyone, in fact have already done so.

Second time we have used WY windows and we would recommend. Just a slight glitch as the window restrictors had not been fitted to the windows as per the order. One bay window was sorted on the same day and the fitters were due back on the Saturday but did not arrive. Awaiting contact from WY windows to confirm when this will be resolved.
Overall satisfied with product and workmanship on site
