5 Star Windows recently fitted a replacement roof on my conservatory. I have been totally happy with the whole experience from the initial consultation to the electrician fitting my new light.
Extra praise for the roof fitters who were very fast & efficient. 5 Star really lived up to their name.

Fantastic experience with 5 Star Windows from start to finish. We have had our conservatory replaced with new windows and a new ‘warm’ roof and we are so pleased with the results. The room looks fabulous and is now usable year through. Professional service from start to finish. No hard sell, simply great service: Great advice, excellent communication and amazing results. We are so happy. Any minor issues/niggles were dealt with quickly and efficiently. All staff have been so helpful and the work was completed to a high standard, as expected and in the timetable given. Thank you!

From start to finish 5 Star Windows & Conservatories have been Great.
From builders to office based staff, all have been Wonderful.
A little hiccup with some timing on one date,but apologies were sent & all was sorted ASAP. Contact/communication has been just right & any questions or queries were answered straight away.
The builders were friendly, polite & made sure they cleared up at the end of each day.
The clean up at the very end was perfect...so much attention to detail was given....I was well chuffed!!!
I would definitely recommend 5 Star Windows & Conservatories to anyone.

Work done to a very high standard, friendly and professional throughout.

Trademark have supplied and installed bifold doors, sliding doors and a single door over the last seven months.  Their work is of a high standard and they attended to a problem with the single door promptly.

Avoid this company like the plague, awful experience causing us huge delays and stress with our renovation.




They initially made the windows too small with ghastly 35mm add ons to the top of the frame.
They blamed the manufacturer who agreed to replace them but tried offering me £1000 to accept them ( obviously this was rejected )




They were then planning on making them 35mm taller but with the upstairs windows that would’ve still left a gap so I said they need to go up 45mm to close the 10mm gap.
(See photos) 35mm add on removed and 45mm added onto the actual window frame itself so 10mm onto the overall size.




Bay window wasn’t as bad and the overall height was spot on so I clearly stated in my emails for the overall height to stay exactly the same.
Just simply swap the 35mm with a 15mm add on and add the 20mm lost to the window frame itself therefore keeping the total height the same.




These clowns made the overall height 20mm taller and forced my roof up to squeeze it in causing large cracks to appear and you can visibly see roof going up above the bay.




They’re now refusing to rectify the issues, this has been awful long winded process causing us so much unnecessary stress, my neighbours have had all new windows supplied and fitted by others all within a few months whilst my issues have been ongoing.




Please check out the photos, spoken to a lot of window fitters who have all said it’s an absolute shambles.




I’ve got to say the fitters themselves are amazing, they really try and do the best they can with what they’ve got but sometimes it’s just not possible.




They like to make out you’re a nuisance and should just put up with it.

5 Star provided a professional service from beginning to end! The salesman was a perfect gent who took us through several proposals until we achieved exactly what we wanted. The product is absolutely wonderful and the installation team just amazing! The finished brickwork looks original and the swept up every evening and vacuumed the room before handover. I recommend them to anyone - well done team!

Very knowledgeable sales team , who don't pressure you , take time and show you the products. Excellent quality windows doors ect, at a very reasonable market rate . from order to delivery was less than quoted and the team fitted in with my requirements. Installation was seamless the installation team worked without stopping to get the job done in very difficult conditions ( hottest days of the year at that time ) , and did an excellent job
