Initially just had patio door and back door installed by them but was so impressed with their service and workmanship that I’ve now had all my windows replaced too. Very efficient and friendly team when going through my options and placing the order. The new windows came into stock very quickly. Blaine and Ethan did the installation. Very polite and friendly. Worked hard and always cleaned up at the end of each day. Really pleased with the quality of the finish too. Would definitely recommend TradeMark to others.

We previously had double glazing installed by TradeMark Windows. They did a teriffic job, so we chose them again to replace our back door. All was good .... an excellent job by very nice and efficient staff (at the showroom and at our house).

Our old conservatory roof was near K******d, almost totally cream crackered. We were desperate, what could we do, we needed a hero crew. Guess who came to the rescue, 5 Star Windows of Kidderminster, that's who! The teams were scheduled, they did their bit, what a fabulous job the fitters did of it. Roof dismantled and reformed, transforming our aspect of rain on a tin roof. Plasterers did sterling work, so clean, you hardly knew they'd been. The Sparky's lights sparkled like stars in the night, glistening so clear and bright. We watched in amazement; our hearts skipped a beat. It really was a real treat, little mess, stress free cleaning it gave quality a real meaning. Our grateful thanks to all who dared to replace our poor old conservatory roof.

We have nothing but praise for 5 Star from the first home visit to choose our new door, the visit from the surveyor to check measurements and the fitter who arrived promptly on a day that was pouring with rain. He fitted the door expertly ....the coffee helped!!. He made good round the door frames and left no mess at all. Well done 5 Star, we would highly recommend them and would use them again for any future needs.

I had a new front door installed by Speedy. Recently I have had someone try and break into the front door and thankfully failed due to the extra high security locks on the door.
