Prompt, efficient service as we had no secure doors on the property when we moved in and within 2 weeks new doors were installed giving us peace of mind to know our property was secure.

I had to chase an installation date and the wrong...
I had to chase an installation date and the wrong glass had been ordered in the window glass. The fitters were great, the glass error was quickly rectified and the finished product was great. will use this company again.

I waited 2 months for my window, when it came it...
I waited 2 months for my window, when it came it was the wrong window because the surveyor had made error. I was then told I couldn't have a Bottom opening window. Then I was told I could have a bottom opening window. 2 more months window arrived but was side opening so I let them put it in anyway.

Follow up service to sort out, I am still waiting...
Follow up service to sort out, I am still waiting for the FENSA certificate 5 weeks after installation and still need the service department to sort a fault.
