From the outset the craftsmanship and professionalism of your tradesmen was clearly evident but it was the manner in which they worked despite the bitterly cold weather and subsequent snow and ice which impressed us the most. They all, without exception, displayed the highest standards of dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction. The good humour shown throughout the work also reflected the satisfaction they had in working for you and your company. I will have no hesitation in recommending you or your conservatories to any my friends or colleagues.

We would highly recommend Visual, for any work you are seeking to undertake – we received excellent service from our initial visit to the showroom, right through to full completion of our Orangery. Prior to instructing our build, we shopped around to look at various other companies in the region, to look at ideas and to gauge prices. The sales person at Visual, Steve, fully understood our requirements and happily talked us through the different options available, to ensure our needs were fully met. Steve was without a doubt the keenest and most knowledgeable person we had met, who within an hour, had prepared full drawings and costings for us – which is something that we’d struggled to obtain from other companies! From then on, we knew that Visual were the company we wanted to complete our build. In terms of the actual build; I’ll be honest and admit that I was expecting a huge mess and a stressful time, but that wasn’t the case! Every single member of staff/contractor was very friendly and professional, they all knew their individual trade, answered any questions we had and completed the work in a timely (and very tidy!) manner. As you would expect, we had a couple of tiny snagging issues post-build. Again, the team at Visual responded very quickly to our calls, arrived on time and as agreed to complete the work, and delivered a high quality service - I cannot fault the work and we are extremely happy with our finished product! The men were very punctual on both days. They just got on with their work. Cleaned up at the end of the day too. Both were very polite. Couldn't fault the company. Even came back the next day as promised to replace 3 handles which were faulty. We would strongly recommend Premier Windows to anyone. When we have saved a bit more money, we will be calling Premier Windows to fit new PVC doors. Big thank you to all involved.

They have delivered a quality product at a very competitive price with no mess.We were a little worried about this as our house is a rented property and did not want disruption tor the tenants internally.The fitters are obviously really skilled at what they do and worked extremely hard in the time they were there.Credit to them. Prompt, efficient service as we had no secure doors on the property when we moved in and within 2 weeks new doors were installed giving us peace of mind to know our property was secure.

I had to chase an installation date and the wrong glass had been ordered in the window glass. The fitters were great, the glass error was quickly rectified and the finished product was great. will use this company again.
