Very professional from start to finish. Sun-room built by my builder. Hazlemere measured up and installed picture windows & door externally and sliding-folding doors internally. As I had specified aluminium there was a three month lead time, so my builder had to board-up openings for a while. Contacted by Hazlemere and offered a revised appointment 3 weeks earlier, which was a pleasant surprise. All work done very professionally and with care.

Our lead time was longer as we waited for a named fitter who had been recommended to us and it was worth the wait. Windows fitted with time and care. Very tidy workers. Am saving up to have the back of the house down now!

I don't like to give 100% for any review because it's not realistic but other than a couple of minor glitches I cannot fault the service! punctuality or workmen.

We have had a fantastic orangery built in no time at all. All the tradesmen were professional, polite & super efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a beautiful orangery built that will really enhance their home.

Project - replacement of front windows
Our house is on the pavement and we were concerned about the broken glass on the pavement when the old windows were taken out and had to ask for cloths to be put down. We also blocked the access along the pavement from other users on a health & safety grounds which we felt your workmen should have done.
On a plus side they had a difficult task with 1 upper window due to it being split by an internal partition. They were creative and made a good finish on this window. To complete the job in the day they worked late with good grace.
