We are very pleased with our new conservatory and sliding patio door. Throughout the process from design to construction all of the staff have been helpful, polite and kept us fully informed. Start and completion dates were achieved. Workers were tidy and caused little disruption.

I am very pleased with our new door which was fitted by a very pleasant and efficient young man. It looks smart and has cut out all the draughts. The man who came previously to measure for the new door was also very efficient, helpful and polite. An envelope arrived today with the guarantee for 20 years , instructions for maintenance and my receipt.

I had minor repairs carried out on some doors and windows which were installed 10 years ago. The repairs were carried out straight away by an excellent engineer. The doors and windows we bought 10 years ago are top class. ERG provide a great service from installation through to repairs 10 years later.

From the moment we visited their showroom in Worcester to the delivery of the guarantee after our new door had been fitted, it was a pleasure dealing with 5-Star Windows and Conservatories.

Thank you to Clearview for doing an excellent job of replacing our old polycarbonate conservatory roof with a new ultraframe solid roof system. Simon Denham was first on scene very politely guiding us through the various options, costings and time frames. A fitting date was later agreed and on the day Karl Webster and his two sons arrived early to replace our roof. Karl, a perfectionist, and his sons worked very hard all day even staying back to ensure our roof was water tight as heavy rain was forecast that evening. Thanks for that Karl. Steve Turner the Electrician and Grenville the plasterer did an excellent job with finishing off in their respective trades. All Clearview staff were professional, polite and efficient.
