Overall very pleased with process and end result....
Overall very pleased with process and end result. Only real negative was the request from 5 Star to switch the payment from payment of balance upon completion to staged payments - this should have been agreed up front. Final payment also requested immediately without warning.

Very pleased with the product and speed of fit....
Very pleased with the product and speed of fit. Would have been happier if window attached to the door had been fitted square and in line with the wall.

Despite planning conservation objections, we fought on and got full planning approval. Excellent service from all departments at West Yorkshire Windows, great bunch of lads who fitted conservatory. Would highly recommend.
