It was unfortunate that our Salesman was taken...
It was unfortunate that our Salesman was taken seriously ill shortly after the quotation phase and therefore we were dealing with a third party interpretation of his quote which led to some minor disruption. We are glad to hear he is now back at work and we wish him well.
We still have a minor concern over condensation from the box gutter and leaking through the doors, but Robert the Director we believe has this in hand

Overall very pleased with process and end result....
Overall very pleased with process and end result. Only real negative was the request from 5 Star to switch the payment from payment of balance upon completion to staged payments - this should have been agreed up front. Final payment also requested immediately without warning.
