Excellent service, great price.

I'm very pleased that I went back to Amber Home Improvements. They installed windows & doors for me in another house 10 years ago. The installation they have now done for me in my current house is excellent. This consists of 7 windows and 2 doors. The front door was removed and a frame built to go in the front of the porch area. The product is great and it has been installed very well both inside and out. The people who did the installing, Scott and Dean, were friendly, cheerful and very good at their job. Rosco and Sam, who did the plastering and finishing in the old porch area were very pleasant to have in the house and did an excellent job too. Another person came to put some skirting round the porch area and I am very pleased with the work he did. Also, the wrong door knocker had been put on my door and someone drove down from Yorkshire, presumably from The Conservatory Outlet company, with a new door and the right knocker and installed it. He was also very pleasant. All in all I have received an excellent service, with no quibble when things had to be put right. Also a mention to Justin who was my contact and Dave the surveyor, who also gave a very good service. I would have no hesitation in recommending AHI and The Conservatory Outlet. Value for money was good too. Thanks to all.

You need to have a system in place so that if something happens over the weekend to prevent a job start on the Monday then the customer can be told BEFORE Monday morning.

Workmen not as tidy as they could have been. Lock ordered not provided come back 8th January with lock but incorrect handles. Rescheduled for 23rd January.

Chris on the TV advert sold it to me a good Northern lad. Salesman was late and only stayed a short while fitters good.

It was unfortunate that our Salesman was taken seriously ill shortly after the quotation phase and therefore we were dealing with a third party interpretation of his quote which led to some minor disruption. We are glad to hear he is now back at work and we wish him well. We still have a minor concern over condensation from the box gutter and leaking through the doors, but Robert the Director we believe has this in hand

This is the fourth time we have used this firm. Their products are excellent as is their delivery and fitting. We have already recommended them to a friend.
