The end result is a beautiful conservatory, but I have quite a few comments to make on suggested improvements to the whole process. I'll write to Hazlemere direct with these. As a general comment, the standard and expertise of all trades was excellent. Sean the salesman was very patient with our numerous rethinks and my (endless) requests for detail. Will & Phil were excellent on the groundworks and brickwork (Phil's too bright to be digging holes). Kris and Garry were great on the windows and roof, especially Kris in coming up with the idea of cladding the inside of the box guttering with plasterboard, rather than shiny white plastic! Jock was a skilled plasterer (but took the floor a bit too high!). John did the electrics easily (but the sockets weren't quite level, and had to be retro-moved!) All arrived on time, or kept me informed by phone when they were stuck in traffic. All were courteous but good fun!

I am very pleased with the whole deal, especially the price.

We have just had a Conservatory fitted. The organisation was First Class. All the Teams worked their timings to follow each other perfectly. We are delighted with the finished product. We wanted some unusual features but Visual took them in their stride. We have already had some Windows and a Composite Door fitted by Visual and are now saving for the next stage. Many thanks to all the people involved - it was a pleasure having you in our home.

Efficient and right first time job.

The salesman actually did eye contact, very few of competitors did. Gave straight answers to questions. Installers excellent, professional and polite.

Marketing and installations staff were very pleasant to work with. However the installed door was unsatisfactory. The installer pointed out that the beading was not good enough and arranged for the manufacturer's representative to come. He turned up from Yorkshire one morning without warning - and was lucky to find us at home. He was very pleasant, and pointed out two faults in the installation in addition to the beading problem he had come to fix. He fixed these, but the door still does not seal well against the frame and we may have to contact AHI again.
