We had new windows fitted from start to finish it was flawless . Excellent company the window fitters arrived at the time they said put covers down and they both worked hard ,all finished in a day and the windows look great , highly recommend this company .

This was one replacement lounge window in a maisonette. It was no problem for the installation team to bring new window parts up the stairs, to the first floor of the building. It took just two hours to remove the old window and replace it. All rubbish, including the old window, was taken away easily. The work was done from the inside of the building. I am very pleased with the attractive new window, which was to my chosen design. I have no hesitation in recommending 5 Star Windows to anyone considering window replacement.

Got 9 new windows fitted by BON ACCORD GLASS over a 3 day period we were kept informed every day by DAVID & DANIEL about what they were doing each day they also showed us the working of the windows, they made a fantastic job of fitting the windows, they laid down dust sheets in all areas they were working and hoovered up every day 👍, would thoroughly recommend them.

Recently had 5 window panels replaced in our conservatory and RMC have been fantastic to deal with. Quick, efficient, good value and good communication to their customers. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again in the future.

Their happy demeanour & jovial good banter will be missed. It is plain to see, they love their jobs, by the pride they take in every detail they apply to it. From start to end Eden have been helpful, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and I have ended up with a lovely new glass conservatory. Being a nervous customer, I didn't make it too easy for them, but they were very patient with me. No pressure to buy. Was good to be able to view products at the showroom as well. Installers Adam and Steve did a good job and answered all of my queries. All in all a good experience. Would recommend and loved the finished product.

Our beautiful Conservatory has just been finished. It was designed and built by TWC. From the start I was impressed by the helpfulness of all the team which continued all through the build. I love the design and the quality of the Conservatory, built for all year round use. Stone work and frames matched so that they blend in with existing house. Quality materials were used throughout all aspects of the build which also involved plastering and electrics, all finished to the same high standard. Yes there were the inevitable hitches and delays with supplies ( hard for all companies at the moment) but TWC kept me informed and continued working resulting in just a couple of weeks delay and I am delighted to say the finished result is fantastic! Thank you TWC, we are thrilled with our new living space!

Office administration was excellent dealing with all our queries straight away leaving us feeling confident about the installation. All the
workmen involved in the
construction build were friendly & professional. I cannot praise them enough. If I had to find a problem it was at the beginning where no-one except ourselves noticed that we didn't have drainage from the guttering. Although it was easily rectified there did seem to be a lack of communication between those involved. On the whole, the completed build is bright & spacious. All the debris was cleared away & everywhere was left clean & tidy.

Very good service from initial survey, quotation, agreement and final installation (done well by installer on the promised date).
