The project was to replace all windows and a French door to a 4 bedroom house. The time spent, and the care and attention, by the salesman Ross was very valuable; the suggestions helped overcome the problems with our old windows; and there was no effort to run down other companies (which we appreciated): he merely gave us everything about your Company, and invited us to the showroom to see your product. Your quote was mid way between the lowest and the highest of 6 quotes obtained, but it was the product that was the deciding factor. The workmen seemed very skilled (obviously we have nothing to compare them with), worked dilligently, and completed everything on time. We are very pleased with the completed job. The only down side was that Ross said he would be round afterwards to check that everything was satisfactory, but this has not been forthcoming. N.B. Ross purchased 2 heart monitors from my wife during the sales process, but has yet to return with payment as promised!!

We found all aspects of the work, from beginning to end very good. The showroom staff, home visits and the installation advice were very impressive. Nothing was too much trouble and we would willingly use Hazlemere Windows again.

We had triple glazed windows from 5 Star. The quality seemed very good, as good as Everest, but much more competitive on price. The company pulled out all the stops to get them fitted in time for Christmas. Very pleased with the results, house is so much warmer than before.

Great service from gentleman who sold us it and the guys who fitted - but then after service could have been better. Ideally and retrospectively, I would have liked the fitters to have gone round the house with me and asked me to open each window - had we done this then we would have identified the two problems we later found. Then poor communication from the showroom staff to the fitters coming back to fix the issues. - we fixed a date, they got this date, we rearrnged - they did not get the rearranged date - the were fed up when they turned up and we were not in and we were fed up when they said they could not do the rearranged date.
