Absolutely fabulous.

Once we paid for the conservatory the service went down hill. The service after this was disgusting. Communication was shocking, additional work was added on throughout the build which should have been identified at the beginning of the work. would never recommend Eden windows.

It was a very easy and professional experience, from start to finish. we would recommend them to friends and family.

The project was to replace all windows and a French door to a 4 bedroom house. The time spent, and the care and attention, by the salesman Ross was very valuable; the suggestions helped overcome the problems with our old windows; and there was no effort to run down other companies (which we appreciated): he merely gave us everything about your Company, and invited us to the showroom to see your product. Your quote was mid way between the lowest and the highest of 6 quotes obtained, but it was the product that was the deciding factor. The workmen seemed very skilled (obviously we have nothing to compare them with), worked dilligently, and completed everything on time. We are very pleased with the completed job. The only down side was that Ross said he would be round afterwards to check that everything was satisfactory, but this has not been forthcoming. N.B. Ross purchased 2 heart monitors from my wife during the sales process, but has yet to return with payment as promised!!

Fantastic job from start to finish! would recommend to anybody.

We found all aspects of the work, from beginning to end very good. The showroom staff, home visits and the installation advice were very impressive. Nothing was too much trouble and we would willingly use Hazlemere Windows again.
