Very satisfied overall. Staff were very professional and approachable. The team who installed our windows and door were excellent - punctual, well mannered and tidy. Their workmanship was faultless.

Eden Windows were one of a number of outlets/supplies we approached for French doors and a set of bifold doors. The initial contact with Mark and Stewart was very positive and reassuring, giving them a lead over the three other firms we asked for quotes. Eden's flexibility and interest in meeting our requirements were demonstrated in three areas: in product price; rearranging fitting at short notice; and making an adjustment to the bifold doors during fitting. All in all, one of the most professional traders/fitters I've dealt with. I'm delighted with a high quality product, supplied through excellent customer service, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eden Windows to friends and family.

Although there were some problems with the install of the windows and doors due to a failed Angle Iron and due to miss comunications between the sales person and the team, but this was sorted out very quickly and profesionally. There were some other problems but these were also fixed by the support team. I was very happy fitters and service engineers that visted to fit and resolve the issues with the windows and doors and went out of there way to make sure everything was done correctly.

I would like to say how good the service was from Clearview, from start to finish. When I initially decided to have my front,rear,patio doors and porch roof replaced, I was a bit dubious about the hard sell from a lot of the window replacement companies, I had heard a lot of horror stories. So with that in mind I trawled internet reviews, as expected there was a lot of (avoid these like the plague) until I came to Clearview, from what I read this gave me reason to give you a call. You sales manager was very helpful; he showed me the products and advised on the best and suitable things to have fitted and at a very reasonable price, without all the pushy sales tricks of other companies. A few days later your surveyor arrived to take all the measurements and again he was very pleasant, and very helpful, and advised on the best options to take. The night before the work was scheduled I was called by your fitter to advise what time he would arrive and that he had planned to do it all in 1 day rather than 2, he also advised on the time of arrival which was 7.30am. On the morning of the scheduled work, true to his word your fitter arrived with two colleagues all eager to start. These guys work constantly all day, until 7pm that evening, they were very pleasant at all times, talking me through any issues or slight amendments and were very accommodating. All the work they did was of a very high standard nothing was rushed or to much bother, and even as it was going dark and raining they made sure all the work was finished off and checked before leaving. All in all this was a first class service from start to finish, I am very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend Clearview to friends, family and neighbours.
