Slightly disappointed by level of damage to...
Slightly disappointed by level of damage to internal plasterwork and window cills. The platerwork issues were partly rectified at a subsequent visit but cills were not. Saleman had assured us that all damage would be fully rectified but this was not the case. I think the issue with unrectified damage partly arose because of time pressures on the main installation days and perhaps two days was not enough time given the distance that the fitters had to travel. Trickle vents had been ordered for some rooms but these were not initially installed - hence the need for a second visit.

My overall experience was a positive one. The start time was delayed a little because of transport problem-I was kept informed of this-
I chose to use a local company who could provide the A rated windows and doors for North facing part of my house.
