Love our new windows and doors. The sales side ran smooth, and what we did like they were not pushy. The only problem we had, was that we had to put our windows on hold due to personal illness, and when we took them off hold, we finally got a fit date of 18th July, after receiving email and telephone confirmations (not 1 but a few). We took our blinds down from all around our 4-bed detached home ready for fitting, and at 9 o'clock on the morning we received a call to say we are sorry, but the windows hadn't been taken off hold, and it will take another 8 weeks for them to be made and fitted, this taking it to September. The weather was absolutely boiling as it was the heatwave week, we had no blinds to shade from the sun and no privacy for 8 weeks. We had had the blinds that screw into the frames, made to measure, so no use to anyone, so they had been binned. On speaking to sales, the bloke we had gone through was disgusted how this could have happened, and couldn't apologise enough, and a sales manager was apologetic too, but I thought we would have received a gesture of goodwill for all the inconvenience caused, but nothing. Anyway, fitting day finally arrived after a very long few weeks, and it couldn't have gone any smoother, the 2 lads who came were Mark & Ethan, they were very polite, pleasant and very tidy workers, and Mark had a great attention to detail, he made sure they were all fit perfectly. The 2 lads are a credit to the company.

Showroom staff very attentive and practical. Salesmen and surveyor were informative and helpful.
Fitters arrived on time and were very efficient and cleared everything up after work was finished.
The product itself was exactly as we expected so we were very happy with the result.

Guys who came to install both windows and doors are a credit to the company. Always kept me informed through out the installation.

The difference in the heat in the house is something else and so much quieter.

We have had several experiences of home alterations in a long married life and I must say this was perhaps the most satisfactory. The pre- operation on site planning and advice was thorough and detailed and we were listened to carefully and the various possibilities for the new conservatory were explained to us. When it came near time we were telephoned to fix a date for the work to start and it was adjusted somewhat to suit our needs. Work did begin when promised and it was arranged so that the various teams of 2 or 3 men each of whom all clearly knew their jobs and every man from start to finish was a skilled craftsman who wasted no time in getting on with the job in hand. Not only were they good at their job but also tidied up when they finished and were good to have about the place. The project actually exceeded our expectations and the last person came to give our lovely new conservatory a final clean. We genuinely enjoyed the whole process. Richard Barwell

Good quality products but installation was months rather than weeks. Needed a lot of chasing and had a long snagging list. The salesman told us that flooring was included but didn’t state that on the “contract “ so I had to find an additional trader to put that in at additional expense 

ERG responded quickly to our request for a quote, visited the property within 7 days and installed our windows and doors faster than we expected. The quality of the doors and windows seems excellent. I particular want to commend the installer who was quick, courteous and meticulous. His workmanship upholds the companies reputation for quality. Indeed all the company’s personnel have been a pleasure to deal with.

Our 3rd home improvement from ERG this year, a window and door expertly installed on the agreed date and time. Great communication from the company who sorted the schedule so that the window and door, ordered on separate dates, could be installed together.
