As you can see from our ratings we are delighted with all aspects of the service we have received from Visual. From the first sales contact with Steve through Richard's survey and the installation process our dealings have been highly professional and courteous. We needed our conservatory installation completed at short notice and the Visual team pulled out all the stops to achieve this. Special mention to installers Gary and Alex who did a superb job, and extra thanks to Gary for coming in on Good Friday to ensure everything was completed on our deadline. Viva Visual!!!

7 am skip arrived, 8.30 Rob and others arrived on site, wasting no time dug out the footings. That was the theme through out the whole project. At every stage every one was very polite and professional. Every one cleaned up at the end of each day, ready for the next. The conservatory was complete ahead of expected projection. To a very high standard indeed.
