Did not receive call to say time changed - fitters...
Did not receive call to say time changed - fitters 5 hours late. Door damaged, ook 6 calls for someone to ring me.

Unfortunately electrician unreliable and drilled hole in wrong place. Still not totally happy with fitting. Told by Alan Manser no contractors used, but everyone appeared to be contractors (although excellent).
