From our initial visit to the showroom at Birstall to final job completion it has been a great experience. Our first visit to the showroom we were very impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the salesman. The home visit was within a few days and again the dsalesman was honest and helpful in his assessment of what might work well for us. Bit disappointed in length of time to start job but I think this is more to do with wanting job to be done and finished asap after deciding you want an Orangery! I think its called impatience! All workmen without exception were punctual,courteous and professional. The quality of their work was excellent and they always left our home as tidy as possible at the end of each day. Any queries we had were answered promptly and the team were happy to accommodate small changes / additions to our requirements. We are thrilled with the Orangery - I think it has exceeded our expectations and we are looking forward to making good use of it in the years to come. Excellent work Visual. Many many thanks
