Brilliant service. Heads up to Gordon who fitted the door. What a champ.

Fabulous service and the 2nd time I’ve used ERG in 6 months, 1st time had a new front door installed and this time French doors on my summer house. Can’t seem to be able to put a photo on this site. The salesman Dean was great and the guys that installed my French doors professional and friendly and superior products. In the future I will not be going anywhere else for any windows or doors, I’m recommending them to others.

Replacement patio sliding door with new upvc for,and they even repaired the bottom of the opening, good pair of fitters who worked well with minimum fuss&mess.

Great service from start to finish. To the personal visit to advise and talk through all the different options without pressurising a sale, to the communication and finally the smooth fitting of our new door. Old one taken away, job done in a few hours and no mess. Fab job, highly recommend!

The whole experience was excellent. I dealt with the salesperson who arrived on time and listened to my requirements and advised best way forward.
The installers arrived on time and completed jobs , cleaning up after their daily work.
There were a couple of small snags which were fixed quickly.
All in all very happy and now I’m calling them back to quote to do some other works for another project.
Additionally, the office staff  and accounting staff are very polite and courteous. It’s a great team to deal with.

Everyone I had contact with at TradeMark were friendly, professional, polite, respectful and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble. I was really pleased with the quote which was a competitive price and the quality of the doors and windows is brilliant. I couldn't be happier and so glad I chose Trademark Windows.

The first visit to find out what I needed, what my budget was, any questions I had etc, was really good. There was no hard sell, it was all about what was right for me and there was no pressure to decide if I wanted to go ahead after receiving the quote by email. I was given an approximate delivery date and my order was actually ready earlier than expected which was great. The delivery/installation date was booked to my convenience too.

On the day of installation the guys turned up on time, they worked hard all day, kept me up to date with what they were doing, but without interrupting me, as I was working from home. They made sure everything was tidied up as they had found it. They returned the next day, again on time, finished fitting the front door and French doors , again making sure everything was clean and tidy. They showed me how to operate the locking mechanisms, as my old fittings were very basic compared to the new ones.

Customer service was excellent too and the guarantees were provided very soon after the work had been completed. A survey of the work was carried out by the local council who certified all work was very satisfactory and passed the strict guidelines.

Existing Door removed along with frame/Sill, made ready for new door to be installed, all work carried out in a very Professional manner and site left clean and tidy keys handed to me and explained how to unlock and Lock securely and we are Highly Delighted with our choice of design for Glass/Frame and Colour. Many Thanks To all Staff involved.

I had my old wooden conservatory replaced with new frames and an ultra frame roof system. All the work was completed in good time and to an excellent standard. The overall finish is superb and I would definitely use the company again for any other work in the future.

I have used 5Stars windows for a few years replacing windows when needed. I have always found 5 Stars helpful professional from start to completion. Their engineers are very experienced very pleasant and hard working,. they are very respectful of your home cloths are put down clear all the waste away hoover, its not a chore having them in your home. The office staff are helpful and pleasant when you need any information at any time. Very happy with my windows the results are excellent Thank you ALL the staff at 5 Star..
