They honored every appointment and communication, overall a very smooth and efficient service was provided with excellent quality products which is guaranteed. The fitters worked hard to ensure disruption was kept to a minimum. Absolutely delighted, a big thank you to all the team at ERG. Would definitely use them again.

I was replacing all my windows and doors and I was very impressed with Trademark from start to finish. The salesman was very responsive and answered all of my queries promptly. The windows were fitted much earlier than they forecast and the team that fitted them are excellent tidying and clearing everyday before they left, no hesitation in recommending them.

From the initial consultation, through the design stage, price quotations, and final specification, we were very satisfied with the quality and experience of the staff and products of Eden Windows. Hardly surprising, as we have had a conservatory from that company several years ago with which we were delighted.
The attention given by Eden to detail on colour, mechanical features and style were impressive. The team who came to assemble and fit the door-set were prompt, cheerful, and went about their job with commendable thoroughness and care, including a full clean up after they had finished.

I was impressed by the 5Star website, having decided to renew my old and draughty front door. Aron the representative was very knowledgeable on the full range of products and was able to suggest just what I'd had in mind. I was kept informed all the way through the manufacturing process and the door was fitted on time. Paul was very professional, cleared up when the work was finished and explained about the key system. I am really delighted with my new door and very impressed with 5Star whom I will be very happy to recommend.

The whole experience was fantastic. We wanted to reduce the threshold on our old patio doors and this is what we got with 5 star service. Ben provided a quote with no hard sell and the fitting team were very professional. We had one small issue with a damaged part, but this was fixed very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

A year ago we had to replace a set of French Doors and chose Trademark mainly because of the guarantee that was longer than most other companies. The doors have got stuck a couple of times, but the company always got someone to come and sort things out within 24 hours. So, when we decided to replace all the other windows and doors in the house there was no hesitation in calling Trademark. All the materials arrived well before the original estimated delivery date, and the work took 4 1/2 days. We were totally impressed by the quality of the materials, the quality of the work, and how the installers treated our home like they would their own. Every last bit of dust was vacuumed up at the end of each day, the windows were cleaned, and the team gave us lots of advice and tips about how to keep the doors and windows in tip top condition. And even before we ordered, the estimator gave us so much advice about what style would best suit our house. Everyone that comes to the house tells us how amazing the new front door and windows look. We are very happy with our decision to use Trademark windows.

Our quotation visit was great, the surveyor understood our needs and gave us 3 options of windows that were tailored to match the look and feel of our property while matching existing windows that were staying.
We were given estimation of manufacturing time and current install times that were accurate.
The fitters that came on site were excellent, polite and friendly and actually offered with with excess render mix they made to patch up some other bits of the property otherwise the mix would be wasted. The fitters were offered drinks and biscuits which they were very appreciative of and in turn were clean, tidy and most importantly did an amazing job. The windows look great and we can't wait to get more done in the near future.

We can't stress enough how pleased we were from beginning to end of the process. Keith was great at putting us at ease and not putting us under any pressure to make a quick decision from the design stage to the final sales process. Neil was amazing at project managing the removal of old kitchen and installment of new kitchen. While we were away, he kept us informed and updated on what was happening and, any issues which arose, we were given options or recommendations to help us make a decision and allow the job to move forward. From our perspective, it was definitely the right decision to go away while the work was done.
