Whole process from start to finish was very positive. The fitters arrived on time and were very professional and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. Would recommend Eden windows.

The service I received from day one when I received the quote, the surveyor, and finally the fitting has been excellent. I have been kept informed throughout of dates and times, and the fitters were top class and their attention to detail and finish was exceptional.

Just had our conservatory roof replaced can't fault the service. Our fitters Mark and Stuart were punctual worked hard and did a super job. Keith the electrician equally so. P Jones the plasterers also. Our experience would certainly be Five Star.

Very happy with the installation of a new front door.  The ordering and installing were made easy.  The work was done efficiently, and they not only removed the old door from the site but also, kindly removed a second door which had been left by another tradesman.  I will certainly use TradeMark  Windows again.

Not knowing the market for windows and doors, I was advised throughout the process by professional staff members and when it came to installation, I could not be more pleased with the final product.  The installers worked extremely hard, left everywhere extremely tidy and clean, both inside and out.  I would whole heartedly recommend this company.

We went with Trademark following a recommendation from a friend. I can see why he was happy. The whole process from ordering to fitting was very smooth and professional throughout. Trademark were busy period at the time, but they kept us informed, which was really appreciated. We are very pleased with the frontdoor. It was fitted in a morning and all the rubbish was taken away. Fitting was preceeded by a site visit to double check the measurements taken when we ordered the door.

We have used Trademark previously for our replacement conservatory roof, and replacement fascias and soffits. We were extremely pleased with their standard of work, and their friendly, professional, considerate team of trades people. So when we decided to have our front and back doors replaced, they were an easy choice. We are so happy with our new doors - Trademark did a great job, as we knew they would.

Having had a front door replacement some time ago,which was superb,I decided to replace two windows via Eden Windows.

I had the same result as with the front door in that the installation went very well ,installation technicians Lee and Ryan carried out a super install and the results were impressive,I am in the process of planning more window replacements and would wish the same team again,great stuff guys keep up the good work!!

We had a rocky journey with this company. 

Initial contact was fine, sales and quote process was easy and straightforward.  

Due to their contract documents being ambiguous regarding payment however - requiring payment being prior to fitting - matters became more tense.  Unfortunately, the sales manager (“Al”) was absolutely horrific - rude and offensive - and a nightmare to deal with.

We proceeded with the contract as we had little option due to our windows being in the manufacture process already. Had they not been we would have probably cancelled our order due to experience with Al. 

Lee and Ryan were our fitters and were absolutely wonderful.  They are clearly very experienced and their work is of a very high standard. They arrived when they said they would, were tidy and really care about doing a good job.  EXCELLENT!

They absolutely turned around what could have been an awful experience and instead we are delighted with the end result. A HUGE thank you RYAN and LEE!! :)
