A year ago we had to replace a set of French Doors and chose Trademark mainly because of the guarantee that was longer than most other companies. The doors have got stuck a couple of times, but the company always got someone to come and sort things out within 24 hours. So, when we decided to replace all the other windows and doors in the house there was no hesitation in calling Trademark. All the materials arrived well before the original estimated delivery date, and the work took 4 1/2 days. We were totally impressed by the quality of the materials, the quality of the work, and how the installers treated our home like they would their own. Every last bit of dust was vacuumed up at the end of each day, the windows were cleaned, and the team gave us lots of advice and tips about how to keep the doors and windows in tip top condition. And even before we ordered, the estimator gave us so much advice about what style would best suit our house. Everyone that comes to the house tells us how amazing the new front door and windows look. We are very happy with our decision to use Trademark windows.

We've purchased an old cottage that was in desperate need of several of its windows replaced.
Our quotation visit was great, the surveyor understood our needs and gave us 3 options of windows that were tailored to match the look and feel of our property while matching existing windows that were staying.
We were given estimation of manufacturing time and current install times that were accurate.
The fitters that came on site were excellent, polite and friendly and actually offered with with excess render mix they made to patch up some other bits of the property otherwise the mix would be wasted. The fitters were offered drinks and biscuits which they were very appreciative of and in turn were clean, tidy and most importantly did an amazing job. The windows look great and we can't wait to get more done in the near future.

We can't stress enough how pleased we were from beginning to end of the process. Keith was great at putting us at ease and not putting us under any pressure to make a quick decision from the design stage to the final sales process. Neil was amazing at project managing the removal of old kitchen and installment of new kitchen. While we were away, he kept us informed and updated on what was happening and, any issues which arose, we were given options or recommendations to help us make a decision and allow the job to move forward. From our perspective, it was definitely the right decision to go away while the work was done. The re roofing of our conservatory went exceptionally well. The fitters,electrician and plasterers were all professional  the office staff kept us involved from the start to the finish. I would recommend 5 star to anyone

We have recently had a new front door fitted from 5 star the sales people were very helpful they came to our home helped choose the door we wanted for our budget,kept us informed about what was happening and a time for the actual fitting Paul turned up on time was very professional cleaned up afterwards and explained everything about the door to my wife.we would highly recommend them and happily purchase from them again
