We had a composite door fitted in January 2022. Over the last few months it had become very difficult to open and close the door. I contacted West Yorkshire windows and spoke to a lovely lady and explained what the problem was. She organised someone to visit 3 days later. He fixed the problem quickly after explaining what had happened to the lock.

I contacted West Yorkshire windows for a quote for new windows for the front of my house. After a prompt appointment & quote I agreed the price when I was ready. No pressure, and everything was very clearly explained & confirmed what I requested. After an arranged survey, a few weeks later I was contacted for a fitting date. Very good communication throughout and any queries explained and reassured to me. On fitting day the fitters were very polite & did a great job. A few days after my installation I was then contacted again & asked if I was happy. Very good communication. Very pleased. Thank you !

Good quality windows and doors. Required a slight adjustment to front and patio doors after a 6 months use reported this to customer service and next day a fitter was here. Fantastic guy no mess no fuss job completed in 20mins. Would recommend this company to anyone

I had quite a long wait for the engineer to get an appointment then a week before he was due to arrive Orion cancelled it and gave me a later appointment approx 3 weeks later. I was also told it was a two man job but in the end only one came. The engineer was Mark Brown who has actually done some work for me before ( through Orion) he’s extremely good at his job and always very professional. After finishing replacing the 2 panes of glass which he also cleaned and polished then cleared the rubbish and tidied up and left it how he found it. I hope I don’t need any further work doing but if I do I will be requesting Mark for the job. Thank you and well done Mark.

Mark Brown from Orion visited yesterday. He took us through what had been identified as a problem by another tradesperson (not from Orion) but which was in reality not a problem; he had not been given the part which was required to solve another problem but made sure it would be posted to us; he 'clipped' on a part which had become seperated; he fixed two doors which we had been unable to open easily and finally he looked at our guttering and gave us suggestions about how to deal with build up. Throughout, Mark was courteous, professional, helpful and friendly. To be recommended. Thank you Orion, Thank you Mark.

We were given useful advice and a full breakdown of costs together with the pros and cons when receiving our quote. There was no attempt to pressure sell.
When we accepted the quote we were kept fully informed of the schedule and timeframe. The work was all done to schedule by very friendly staff who took care of our property and took pride in their work.
We are delighted with the result and very pleased the job was done so professionally.
