The work was carried out in the time we were told it would be completed. The fitters were polite and very efficient. There was a very small problem with one of the panels which the fitters told us about which has been replaced by a very pleasant fitter today so in all we are very pleased with 5star and would use them again

We had an old timber framed, flat roofed extension that was well past its use by date. It was also quite an irregular shape due to boundaries and other restrictions. Visual demolished this old extension and built a new orangery style extension.

When Visual started work their various teams were on site until the work was finished. They made an excellent job of all aspects of the work and the irregular shape of the building did not cause any issues.

We were kept informed of the work plan and there was regular visits from the company's Building Manager and Surveyor to ensure work was progressing as per plan.

All the personnel were friendly and ensured that their aspect of the work was carried out to our satisfaction and requirements.

We are really pleased with our the end result and we have a lovely spacious kitchen/diner. Thanks also for the girls in the design team who were very helpful at the planning stage and also to all the tradesmen who did a great job!

Just like to say how pleased we are (as always) with the latest work you have done for us. A special mention though to David and Rhys who were professional and polite throughout the two days of working. Their clean up was exceptional.

After receiving several quotes we chose Bon Accord Glass to replace 3 of our windows. From initial contact in the Showroom to the joiner putting the finishing touches to the outside rendering, all the staff involved have been friendly and professional. The fitters arrived on time, did an excellent job including a thorough tidy up. Admin staff were in regular contact to provide advice and support. The fitting of two triple glazed windows, back and front door and cladding above one window only took three days. The workmen very pleasant and hardworking, tidy and clean at the end of every day and yet again a perfect job - Thanks to everyone involved. Looking forward to them start building our new conservatory😊

Trademark cane and surveyed the existing conservatory and recommended a conversion, which meant replacing a polycarbonate roof and the previously installed windows.
From the beginning of the project the work was carried in a professional manner, and the fitters were very pleasant. Once completed they left the site clean and tidy.

We contracted ERG to take down our old polycarb conservatory,and install a new solid roofed one. Conscientious and flexible tradesmen, excellent quality materials,kept informed throughout when different trades would appear. Very competitive pricing. We are delighted with our new build.
