We have used Amber twice before. We liked them. We used them again. This time, they messed up the order. They got the wrong windows, wrong fittings, and wrong glass. A commendable effort in getting it wrong. So, it wasn't installed on the day and we had to wait several more weeks before the windows were finally fitted.

These things happen. Unfortunately, we lost business as a result of the mistake by Amber Windows. It cost us money - not much. Maybe £200. I hinted for a reduction on the bill. I asked for a reduction on the bill. They simply ignored me.

That's fine. They did the job. Albeit - a bit of a mess up.

Here's the thing. We aim to update and install new windows in the front of the house next year. It's a huge job and Amber Windows won't be getting the contract. That £200 will be a rounding error, by the time we get the bill for the windows.

Very Norfolk. Very petty. Very short-sighted.

Great competitive price, great service, quality product and service follow up. Salesman, surveyor and fitter were prompt, quick, and excellent in all aspects. I would recommend this company for any home improvements.

5star did our bifolds, window and roof pimple, they did what they said they would do, fitting was excellent, fitting team 23 worked hard and left no trace that they had been there other than a great set of doors that need only the slightest touch to open them. . All in all a pleasant experience, and delighted with the service and outcome. Rain or shine they look brilliant!

This is the third time using 5 Star.  They are a long established company and do a solid job.   The after care is excellent.   They are a safe pair of hands and did a great job in replacing doors, windows and a large conservatory roof for me.   Very efficient, helpful and trustworthy …. Happy to recommend.

We had new external doors and a replacement glass roof on an old Everest conservatory. All the workmen were efficient, friendly and on time. The materials are very good quality. The office communication was excellent and a couple of little niggles were noted and passed on efficiently which made the whole process very stress less for us. All good so would recommend this company.

Two staff turned up promptly and set about fitting my new composite doors front and back. Some aspects of the fit were a challenge due to the existing sill on the front door but the finished job looks great. Very happy and would recommend to anyone.

Eden windows installed a new front door today,the results were superb thanks to Lee and Ryan two professional installation technicians,the result was outstanding and I would recommend to friends and family without hesitation,very pleased with the outcome,price was reasonable with a top notch result!

Having been let down dreadfully for over 12 months by Arena Home Solutions (do not TOUCH this company) we ended up choosing ERG for our composite door...we were told roughly 8 weeks from ordering to fitting and they were 100% spot on. Lovely informative ladies in the office, kept in the loop either by email/Voicemail etc. Very happy with our new composite front door...highly recommend this company...thank you

We had 16 windows, one front door and patio doors replaced. Overall, we are very pleased with the outcome. The house has been modernised with the new windows and doors but retained its traditional appearance. At a distance it is not obvious that it has been double glazed because everything blends well. The quality of the windows and doors is impressive. The whole process from start to finish was well managed. The TradeMark team really care, answered our questions fully and showed great attention to detail. Their fitters are a real credit and always took care with our property. They left everything clean and tidy. The installation went smoothly and when we had concerns, the TradeMark response was immediate and constructive. Highly recommended.
