The Window Centre were doing an installation in my area so I received a cold call apologising for the noise. I would normally not entertain such calls, however the young man on the phone was so polite that I listened to what he had to say. I then had one of their sales chaps visit me and price up 2 French Doors and 1 Composite door. I got a reduced price because I was able to be flexible when they completed the work and the fitting was absolutely first class. The only reason they didn’t get 5 starts is because the handle on the door was the wrong colour and they had to return later that day to put it right. I would 100% recommend this company and if I can save up enough I will be returning to them for a conservatory.

We were very pleased with everything that the builders did initially and the guys that fitted the frame and roof. What let the build down was the finisher. We struggled to get the orangery finished as it was difficult to get hold of someone to come round. Communication at the end was poor and we had someone chasing for the final payment even though it wasn’t completed as they had been told it was. Luckily I had photos and text messages as proof. We would have recommended prior to this as everything had been brilliant. The finisher wasn’t tidy and seemed like he just wanted to get finished as soon as possible when he did finally turn up.

Good quality door, abysmal fitting, causing whole frame to be re-made and re-installed. Very poor workmanship by lenny - recused by Sylvester - Good customer service from him.

A slow start getting from design to installation...
A slow start getting from design to installation company having better contacts with plumbers to move boiler flus etc would help. All installation teams friendly, hardworking, helpful. Final products are good and quick to resolve any issues. Price fair but 'sale' did not appear to be genuine.
