Genuinely can not fault this company from start to finish. Received a call from a charming young man about my windows, but I had them changed last year, so he asked how old my garage roof was, I had no idea but knew it wasn't in the best of conditions. A very polite young man named Aaron came to see me to work me out a price and I have to say I was very impressed. Because I was flexible with when I got the job fitted I got an extra discount and the job was excellent. My new rubber roof is night and day compared to the old felt roof, and it even comes with a 30 year guarantee, that will long outlast me. Thank you to TWC, I will certainly recommend you.

The patio door looks wonderful. Nice style and fitting which certainly compliments the property.,The appointments were all on time from the initial enquiry, to the fitting.
The fitters were a pleasure to have in my house for the few hours it took them to fit the door. Professional installation and cleaned before presenting the finished work. The whole process was completed with minimum fuss or disruption.
Many thanks and my recommendations are certainly going out to friends.

My experience from start to finish was excellent, the salesman that came out was very informative, had a sample of window which I found interesting to see how it all worked, the telephone communication was excellent. When the guys turned up to do the work they introduced themselves and explained what was going to happen over next few days, they arrived every morning at the time they said they would do they were very polite and kept everywhere as clean and tidy as possible
There was a window that was cracked and they sorted out a replacement for me
I don't know anything about fitting windows and doors but was very impressed by the way the guys went about their work
Would highly recommend
P.S. this wasn't the cheapest quote we had but was impressed with the sales people that decided to go with West Yorkshire Windows

From start to finish, everyone we spoke to was professional, super helpful and friendly. When some panes turned up broken they explained the whole process of replacement and let us know as soon as the replacements were in stock. Even when I queried about the scaffolding charge (no scaffolding was used in the end) they explained that a cheque for the scaffold amount would be sent as soon as everything had been finalised.
Couldn't be happier with the level of service and I have already started recommending you to everyone I've spoken to!
Not to mention youbwere a third of the price of Safe style (how the come up with their prices I will never know)

What a fantastic company, I would like to thank Ashley and his team for all of their hard work. My windows have been on the to do list ever since we moved in too many years ago than I care to mention, but it wasn't until I got a phone call from a polite young man named Ben. So I had a look at a price and I was so impressed that I went ahead and took advantage of one of their offers. I am now nice and warm, my neighbours are jealous and I feel extremely secure, thanks again.
