I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment and frustration with Permaframe Ltd based on my recent experience. I had entered into a contract with them for the installation of a lean-to and replacement windows. Unfortunately, the entire process has been nothing short of a nightmare.
First and foremost, Permaframe Ltd failed to adhere to the procedures outlined in our contract. From the very beginning, the representative was unable to utilize their software to accurately price the work, indicating a lack of competency and professionalism. This was a red flag that unfortunately set the tone for the entire project.
The surveyor assigned to my project had been sent on another job and when they were asked what was going on, they could only fit me in a month later and even then, I had to chase them up to make happen. This unprofessional behaviour, especially as the winter season was approaching, has left me cold and angry.
To make matters worse, despite my attempt to seek resolution and obtain a refund for the deposit, I have been met with a complete lack of response from Permaframe Ltd. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and it is evident that they have no regard for the well-being and satisfaction of their customers.
Given the magnitude of the issues I have faced, I am now left with no choice but to involve my solicitor and pursue legal action through the small claims court to rectify this situation. It is disheartening to see a company that had a good reputation, neglect its contractual obligations, and leave a customer in such a situation.
In conclusion, I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before engaging with Permaframe Ltd. My experience has been one of incompetence, unprofessionalism, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the trouble and seek services elsewhere.

Lee & Ryan have done a superb job of fitting 2 sets of Bi-Fold Doors and a Tilt & Turn window.
The house is clad in shiplap which Lee & Ryan had to modify to match the profile of the new doors. All finished very well to a high standard.
The door & window units are excellent quality and have greatly improved the warmth in the room.

Had a great experience from start to finish, starting with Mr Paul Kelly, who did a superb job with making my dream of having my every own pool room a reality :-) . Paul was as professional as they come, which is a theme that continued with all the tradespeople coming to work on the project. The quality of the finish exceeds all my expectations, and the speed of delivery was just amazing! Thanks to everyone involved at Clearview for making my dream a reality! Would strongly recommend!

We have used Trademark Windows for multiple projects across multiple houses and will continue to go back to them again in the future when needed. We have had numerous replacement windows & doors as well as a lantern roof and bifold doors. Trademark have always been very responsive with initial quotes and booking dates, as well as aftercare queries, and the workmanship is always top class! Would definitely recommend them! 

Just had an orangery added to my new house and so glad I chose Clearview to do this. From the initial consultation to the finished project, all the team have been faultless. Mark advised me very well to achieve the look I wanted and the project manager Steve kept me informed with every last detail from footings to finish. Very professional throughout. We have nothing but praise for Clearview, they were amazing from start to finish. Steve went out of his way to accommodate our timelines, everything was quick and stress free. We previously had a conservatory with a solid roof that we found rather dark and greatly reduced the amount of natural light that came into our house. 
Having looked round the showroom we found a solution with large glass panels but the rest of the roof would be well insulated. 
We’re very happy with the work that has been undertaken, the installers were happy to listen to our personal requests and coped extremely well with our two dogs. 

As with any major purchase we put a great deal of planning and thought into our new conservatory and put the same care into choosing the Company to convert our dream into reality, 5 Star Windows. Our conservatory was completed in February of this year and I decided to write my review to include the after sales experience which was so important to me.  After hesitating over whether we would get full use out of the conservatory, I now spend as much time as I can sat in it and it has my become sanctuary over the last few months. The build itself had its stressful moments during planning and construction but as sit here this morning I know it was worth it. The after sales has been excellent and I am happy to give 5 star windows an excellent 5 star rating. Thank you to all the Team involved.

It was just by chance that we discovered 5 Star Windows and Conservatories when we visited a local garden centre and they were doing a promotion.We asked them to give us a quote to replace all our windows and the back door.Right from the start when Jim came out to give us a quote they were thorough,professional and helpful.The surveyor was quick and accurate.The whole installation took three days.The fitters friendly they never stopped working and tidied up after themselves.Our new windows look lovely and we are so pleased with them.We would definitely recommend 5Star to anyone

Highly recommend 5 Star from the design phase through to the build and installation, they were very supportive and knowledgeable and have completed the job to an extremely high standard. Absolutely delighted with my extension and couldn't fault a thing. Highly recommended!

We ordered kitchen bi folds from Clearview having visited their showroom. From day one the service from the initial pricing visit, follow up surveyors visit and subsequent communication and fitting has been spot on. All members of the team have been professional, knowledgeable, punctual and friendly. We had Mark & Ethan to fit our doors, who were a pleasure to have in our home. Great attention to detail, thorough and tidy in their work. So far, we are very pleased with the service and the product.

Wow I cannot rate this company high enough. From the start with Jarrod Bridges coming to see us, the planning, the workmen who were all very respectful of our property, the prompt communication and the finished extension it was amazing. We are so happy we chose Clearview they are so professional in all aspects. Steve Moulton our project manager kept us up to date with everything we we're not kept waiting for anything. When it was finished the cleaning team came and did a fabulous job. It made the whole experience painless and stress free. I would definitely recommend Clearview to anyone who is considering improving their property
