Dear Dean, Following completion of the install of our new Evolution windows and french doors, we wanted to feed back to you how pleased we are with the outcome. The quality and appearance of the product is very good and the final result is all that we wished for. It is a big improvement to our home. The service we have received from County has been very good throughout. We particularly appreciated the way we were always made aware of exactly how things would be done and the plan of when things would be done and any schedules were either adhered to or bettered. From the first moment we walked into your Heathfield showroom, the whole process was easy, professional and efficient. Special mention must go to your installers, Pete and Liam, whose workmanship and attention to detail is very good indeed. They were calm, courteous, friendly and most respectful of our home. Aside from a couple of items that needed to be re-ordered, the job was completed on schedule and with minimum disruption. Pete always kept us updated with current progress and the plan for the following day, so we were able to organise our home around the work. We are still amazed at how much they achieved in the time and the standard of the finish is excellent. I think every project presents its own small unexpected difficulties and ours was no exception although any issues were minimal and speedily resolved, which I always feel is the true measure of a good company. The only problem worthy of any note concerns a tiled window ledge but after discussing various options with ourselves, Pete creatively implemented a solution which we feel is an improvement, so we thank him for that. I should also mention that after some heavy rain overnight I jokingly apologised to Pete the next day that a gutter full of Autumn leaves had splashed water over one of his freshly installed windows. When Liam was next up the ladders, he cleared the gutter for us! That is definitely above and beyond what anyone would expect, so thanks also to Liam. Following our experience with County, we would have no hesitation in calling upon your services in the future.
