We were amazed how quickly the extension went up and how each contractor or workmen worked towards getting it completed in a short time. The whole process was stressless for us. The only problem for us was that the windows and doors don't appear to have been inspected for issues, either before fitting or, after. I reported a large scratch down a door glass and a crack in a window frame, which have now been replaced. I have since found another window scratch and a brown mark, between the sheets of glass on another glass panel. We haven't reported these as we didn't want to appear picky. Perhaps, if someone had done a final inspection and snagging list, this might have been avoided. Overall though, a great job.

We are over the moon with the decking
Our outside area has been greatly enhanced by having your decking fitted and has provided us with a wonderful relaxation space. The fitters were very professional and helpful, delivering high quality workmanship. We are over the moon with the decking and have received many compliments.

I have been very impressed with my new windows and doors from 5 Star Windows & Conservatories.
No pushy salesmen but good honest answers to all my questions and concerns.
Double Glazing Companies have a bad press normally but this company makes you feel comfortable and reassured with your purchases. From making my enquiries and getting other quotes tis company came out tops!
Also had great reviews from other acquaintances and friends who have used them in the past.
Thank you 5 Star I feel like I have a new house and I have had plenty of compliments about them.

Our new door was installed by two members of Bon Accord staff, they were well mannered and very professional they arrived on time the workmanship was excellent. We were well informed about the use of our new door and information on out the new keys. We are very pleased with our new door fitted to a high standard which has improved the look of our home. We would definitely use Bon Accord glass again .
