I was recommended to TWC by my sister after they fitted some windows at her house. She couldn't speak highly enough about them so I phoned them up and asked them to give me some advice on my conservatory roof. It was 15 years old and freezing cold in the winter and boiling hot in the summer. They advised I go for an blue glass roof and it has transformed the conservatory and we can now use it all year round. The fitters were so polite, clean and tidy, i really couldn't fault them.

The Window Centre were doing an installation in my area so I received a cold call apologising for the noise. I would normally not entertain such calls, however the young man on the phone was so polite that I listened to what he had to say. I then had one of their sales chaps visit me and price up 2 French Doors and 1 Composite door. I got a reduced price because I was able to be flexible when they completed the work and the fitting was absolutely first class. The only reason they didn’t get 5 starts is because the handle on the door was the wrong colour and they had to return later that day to put it right. I would 100% recommend this company and if I can save up enough I will be returning to them for a conservatory.

What a fantastic company, from start to finish I was so impressed, they installed all of my windows front and back, I had old aluminium windows coming out, and although I was worried that the profile was slightly wider on the PVC windows, once they were in they looked amazing. Thank you very much

Having just moved to the area I did some research on window companies in Swindon, and when I found TWC I knew it was the company for me. They are local, family run and employ all of their own fitters. From the moment they came and worked my price out, to the survey, to the install I was extremely impressed. Everyone I came into contact with was polite, courteous and professional, and I have recommended them to my neighbours. My only slight criticism was that when taking out the bathroom window they dropped a drill on my toilet seat and cracked it, but they went out and bought me a new one the same day, and actually my wife prefers the new one.

The best compliment I can pay to the window centre is that they did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would. Which sadly has not been the case when i have used other window companies. Thank you for all your hard work.

Just had a door and a window installed today so happy with this company from start to finish James and his team went above and beyond even resealed a window which they never installed free of charge ( as bacon roll was their reward ) many thanks I now want the back done as well time to save

I'd had a shocking installation from Safestyle, so bad that I had to have them changed within a year. The Window Centre gave me a call and I wish I'd picked them in the first place. My wife was so pleased that she sent them a cross stitched thank you card in the style of our beautiful door! Really nice local lads, no mess, no fuss and an overall great job. Mr and Mrs Bourne

Just had a conservatory installed from this company and from start to finish the job went perfectly the installers were so clean and tidy and the after care service was fantastic I called the office at 9:15am to report my door was catching slightly I was told by James that they had an installer in the area and by 10:20am my door had been adjusted highly recommend this company to all my friends and family
