    Generally a very good job. Let down by lack of...

    Generally a very good job. Let down by lack of communication with customers often resulting in work schedules being changed at the last moment. Received phone call at 8.am. advising that one job had not been finished off and there would be a delay in the start of fitting. One tradesman who should have started work at 8.30 a.m. and didn't turn up until 10.45 a.m! Did not seem to appreciate how this affected their clients arrangements.
