    Our lead time was longer as we waited for a named fitter who had been recommended to us and it was worth the wait. Windows fitted with time and care. Very tidy workers. Am saving up to have the back of the house down now!

    I waited 2 months for my window, when it came it...

    I waited 2 months for my window, when it came it was the wrong window because the surveyor had made error. I was then told I couldn't have a Bottom opening window. Then I was told I could have a bottom opening window. 2 more months window arrived but was side opening so I let them put it in anyway.

    Very pleased with the end result. It was a difficult operation carrying the unit to the work site, an upstairs balcony, but they managed splendidly, and were clean and tidy in their work.

    The 2 main reasons for using Coastline windows...

    The 2 main reasons for using Coastline windows were (1) competitive pricing (2) advisor understood what we wanted, showed us the design on his computer and gave us exact quote there and then.
