Salesman unfamiliar with windows but good product (Have used before)

Very standard product. Cap at top of unit not adaptable to different sized glazing bars below - looks "shoddy"

It was unfortunate that our Salesman was taken seriously ill shortly after the quotation phase and therefore we were dealing with a third party interpretation of his quote which led to some minor disruption. We are glad to hear he is now back at work and we wish him well. We still have a minor concern over condensation from the box gutter and leaking through the doors, but Robert the Director we believe has this in hand

I waited 2 months for my window, when it came it was the wrong window because the surveyor had made error. I was then told I couldn't have a Bottom opening window. Then I was told I could have a bottom opening window. 2 more months window arrived but was side opening so I let them put it in anyway.

Front door. Very very disappointed. Still not happy. Won't be going back. Contact me if you want to know more.
