    Door fitted with glass instead of a plastic panel...

    Door fitted with glass instead of a plastic panel as ordered. Other door left with plastic strip at bottom loose.

    It was unfortunate that our Salesman was taken...

    It was unfortunate that our Salesman was taken seriously ill shortly after the quotation phase and therefore we were dealing with a third party interpretation of his quote which led to some minor disruption. We are glad to hear he is now back at work and we wish him well. We still have a minor concern over condensation from the box gutter and leaking through the doors, but Robert the Director we believe has this in hand
