    Of four visits to our home (2 by Sales, 1 by...

    Of four visits to our home (2 by Sales, 1 by Surveyor and one by Installers), three were subject to late arrival. This did not affect the outcome, but does raise a slight doubt as to whether there is too much pressure on individuals within the company. Otherwise everything we experienced was first class.

    The product is great, with my only slight reserve...

    The product is great, with my only slight reserve being the rather heavy frames on opening which make the window look small and unbalanced.
