    Initial sales process and actual installation also...

    Initial sales process and actual installation also good. However, whole process was marred by the survey/manufacturer stage. On the first 2 occasions the door was wrong ie opening in and opening out but the wring side. So whole process took 2 months longer than it should and wasted days off.

    Start of installation promised in august finished...

    Start of installation promised in august finished October. Too many teams coming and going for small job. Keys flimsy/unprofessional. Difficult to make additional keys.

    Still waiting for completion of the fitting....

    Still waiting for completion of the fitting. Glazing units were not supplied to the correct size.
