There are many glazing companies out there so it is often difficult to find one which actually lives up to its advertising blurb. ERG were recommended to us by friends and local tradesmen who had used them in the past. I have to say, we weren't disappointed. From start to finish the people we dealt with were thoroughly professional, courteous and efficient.

The products are of an excellent quality at competitive prices and were installed with care and respect for our property by a team of two who completed the work in a morning.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ERG to friends and neighbours and look forward to having further work done by them in the future.

This is the second time we have used ERG. Last year we had windows installed and were delighted with the work. This time it was roof line and gutters. Everything was done to a very high standard, both the fittings and the two boys that did the work. The whole look of the house has been transformed, so very happy with everything. Excellent customer service from initial sales contact and survey to installation. All the ERG staff we had contact with seemed to understand the needs of the customer which made everything straightforward and a pleasant experience. In particular, Neil, the installer, is commended for his attitude, his quick and efficient completion of the job, his attention to detail and his pleasant and friendly way of dealing with his customers. We felt that he went the extra mile to ensure that he left no mess and even helped to replace blinds that we had taken down. Although still very new, the windows appear to be very good quality and we look forward to many years of trouble free glazing. We would certainly recommend ERG to others.

The whole process from ordering our new windows to having them installed was carried out brilliantly !The staff were extremely efficient, friendly and knowledgeable from our initial meeting to the final installation. We were extremely impressed and delighted with the result!

The quality of the work was excellent and Keiran who did the work alone including in heavy rain was amongst the best home improvements that I have ever seen.

We cannot praise ERG Scotland enough We had 2 fitters Alan & John that came to do our windows in our old cottage. They turned up when they we're supposed to and braved fitting our windows in the snow,wind and rain and never let up until the job was complete . Clean tidy all the way through and showed respect to our property and belongings We had, had a bad experience with doors with another local company and had lost faith in double glazing companies but ERG has now restored that faith,and I can't thank them enough Keep up the excellent work

Donny and Alan were in great form all week with us, replacing windows and doors. Knew what they were doing and got on with it quickly, quietly and efficiently. Left the house clean and tidy. I’d recommend these two guys and ERG without any hesitation. Nicely done!
