Although we have not yet completed our installation, I would just like to pass on our appreciation for the manner in which your fitters conducted themselves during the installation of our windows. They were polite and courteous at all times, making sure that we were informed and aware of the impact their work was going to have on us each day. This along with their attention to detail, making sure we were happy with the installation and most importantly explaining the options on how the window could be finished. Further to the last of our windows being installed this week, I would like to highlight the professional service given by Kevin and Ryan. The windows themselves are a fantastic product, which is why we have waited to be able to afford to finish the house off in all the same units. The workmanship shown by Kevin and Ryan however is also second-to-none which is why I specifically requested them to be our fitters. Thank you all at County for the wonderful completion of our orangery. It was quite a project but it was completed just as we had wanted from the that first visit to your Heathfield showroom. I am writing to thank you for the installation of our fire replacement windows. They were completed over two days, 22nd and 23rd January. We had used your company previously for the rest of our windows over 8 years ago which still look good. I wanted to specifically thank and mention Kevin and Ryan. They were very helpful especially in choosing the edges for the windows giving me advice and options. They kept me informed and involved in decisions that needed to be made. They were polite and cheerful and did exactly what they promised. I was very impressed by the high standard of craftmanship and they left everything clean and tidy. When I unfortunately disturbed some sealant they made it good when they returned the next day. The result is a very satisfied customer; grateful for their excellent standard of work with fantastic customer service. The new windows are warm, bright and fit well with our existing ones. We shall certainly recommend you to others and once again thank you.
