I have 8 years of a 10 year guarantee for a Solidor door from Securahome. Rain water is leaking through the letterbox and leaving a puddle on my floor every time it rains. I have tried to contact Securahome, but the 01792 224090 number on their Swansea website is out of service. The 0800 number tells you to fill out an online form for service queries. I did this three weeks ago and have heard nothing from them, apart from a no-reply email.

This morning I rang the 0800 number to try and speak to someone, but which ever option I selected from the menu, I was told to leave a message.

Has this company gone out of business?

We just had a new designer Loggia conservatory from Securahome. The design consultant was excellent and provided us with drawings and a written quotation. Other companies we invited to quote were very reluctant to offer drawings. They built the conservatory during June and July. The weather was not the best but they dealt with it excellently (one or two delays which were to be expected in those conditions). The finish is great and it has totally transformed our house. The idea to move the conservatory over to the other side of my garden to combine it with the kitchen was great as now we come home and sit at night looking at the stars after our evening meal

Just to say thank you for all the excellent and efficient way the men fitted my windows and door.

Would highly recommend Securahome to anyone. Absolutely over the moon with our brand new conservatory which is perfect! Great prices and service. You won’t get better!

The installation took just a day and I have to say nothing was too much trouble. The windows are just fantastic. We have no hesitation in recommending Securahome or calling them back to do other work

We rang your company at 9am and the fault was rectified by 4pm the same day.
