I decided to contact Premier Windows after recommendations from friends. I was was pleased to learn that they had been in business for a number of years........that appealed straight away. I organized an appointement for someone to come out and see me to discuss replacing my three sash windows. After the initial contact a surveyor was sent out to see me to discuss my designs. He was very patient, and professional and after various discussions and drawings I was finally happy to go ahead!!! All the workmen were lovely, friendly and helpful. At every point they made sure I was happy with everything. At the end of the day they tidied up ready for the next day. I have had many people stop and talk to me asking "Who did your windows?". I went for the PVC grained effect as it was a cheaper option... but they look like wood .... perfect for an old victorian house. I would have no hesitation in recommending Premier Windows ... Thanks to all the team for their hard work.
