From walking into the showroom to the finished orangery, James Oliver took care of everything.
We weren't really sure what we were looking for in terms of the build, but we explained what we would use the room for, photos of our house etc and from there we shown different designs from their previous clients builds and looked around lots of examples in the showroom until eventually our tailor made design was born.
Every stage of the build had attention to detail, for example matching the cement colour to the original brickwork. Each new team that arrived were friendly and professional. We were always well informed as to what would happen next and when.
We chose James Oliver as our friends had used them and we were very impressed with their build. We absolutely adore our new addition to our home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend James Oliver to anyone else looking for the perfect home extension.

We had a traditionally built garden room attached to the back of our bungalow. The workmanship of all the tradesmen was exceptional and of a high standard. Everyone, including suppliers of equipment and materials, were extremely considerate and polite. We cannot praise this company enough as they had very limited access in which to achieve such a lovely spacious room. From initial enquiry to end of contract, administration was of a high standard. We can't thank them enough for our beautiful room.

Had my conservatory roof changed from all glass to tiled roof .The workmen turned up on time, produced a high standard of workmanship and left clean and tidy each day
It has made a difference in the hot weather and is far more bearable with the heat

Mr S Johnson. The Quality of the workmanship seems to be very good and the workmen were very quiet and respectful . However , we did have on two occasions people not turning up on the days they were supposed to and twice they only stayed for half a day . Their advert shows work vans with their Logo on them and men in overalls with Logos . But the people working on our job arrived in their own vans and clothing , so we wondered if this was something to do with the unreliable attendance being subcontractors . We also found that if the office knew about the people not coming they didn't seem to think they needed to contact you and often seem a bit off hand when you phoned or emailed to find out what was happening . On the whole I would recommend them for their workmanship but let people know about the issues of not turning up etc.

All the different tradesmen involved were very knowledgable, clearly with many years expertise. They were thoughtful and helpful and did not encroach on my privacy. In fact it was only the electrician who needed access to the house. They were tidy workers and cleaned up after themselves. The office and staff therein were always available to answer any queries and site visits by overseeing senior staff were a plenty. For the size and quality of the Orangery, James Oliver prices were competitive. Appreciated working with a 'family' run business. I can highly recommend James Oliver Conservatories.

The final touches to our new conservatory were made last week with the hanging of the blinds. We are very pleased with our new room an wanted to let you know that we appreciated the attention you and your colleagues gave our project. We would particularly like to thank Martin, the builder and Gary, the plasterer for their top quality workmanship and willingness to accommodate us. Thank you for a great job.

Just a note to you and all of your staff and tradesmen to thank you all for our lovely conservatory. The whole team was great. Thanks once again.

A pleasure to be able to write and tell you how delighted we are with our new conservatory. These days, unfortunately it is far more usual to be writing letters of complaint, but here we are, enjoying the use of it. We would like to mention the standard of workmanship, which was excellent. I thank you so much for all your teams work in building our conservatory. We are now very much enjoying it, along with our new kitchen.
