The end result is a beautiful conservatory, but I have quite a few comments to make on suggested improvements to the whole process. I'll write to Hazlemere direct with these. As a general comment, the standard and expertise of all trades was excellent. Sean the salesman was very patient with our numerous rethinks and my (endless) requests for detail. Will & Phil were excellent on the groundworks and brickwork (Phil's too bright to be digging holes). Kris and Garry were great on the windows and roof, especially Kris in coming up with the idea of cladding the inside of the box guttering with plasterboard, rather than shiny white plastic! Jock was a skilled plasterer (but took the floor a bit too high!). John did the electrics easily (but the sockets weren't quite level, and had to be retro-moved!) All arrived on time, or kept me informed by phone when they were stuck in traffic. All were courteous but good fun!

The staff were all polite, efficient and the workmanship was excellent. Everything was left clean and tidy when they were finished. I am very pleased with the end result .

Still waiting for completion of the fitting. Glazing units were not supplied to the correct size.

Very professional from start to finish. Sun-room built by my builder. Hazlemere measured up and installed picture windows & door externally and sliding-folding doors internally. As I had specified aluminium there was a three month lead time, so my builder had to board-up openings for a while. Contacted by Hazlemere and offered a revised appointment 3 weeks earlier, which was a pleasant surprise. All work done very professionally and with care.

Project - replacement of front windows Our house is on the pavement and we were concerned about the broken glass on the pavement when the old windows were taken out and had to ask for cloths to be put down. We also blocked the access along the pavement from other users on a health & safety grounds which we felt your workmen should have done. On a plus side they had a difficult task with 1 upper window due to it being split by an internal partition. They were creative and made a good finish on this window. To complete the job in the day they worked late with good grace.

The whole experience was simple, straightforward and reassuring. We are returning customers so will again definitely use your company for our planned future projects around our home. Will never again approach any other Organisations after an extremely time consuming wasted sales pitch from another company and a price that was ridiculously high. I would happily recommend your company in the future.
