Building of my conservatory commenced on 16th October 2025.  All went well for a week or two, but then they left saying that they would return in two weeks, as they hadn’t been given the correct parts to continue. With the work.  The correct parts didn’t arrive until January 2026  - the wrong parts having been delivered twice!   Finally the structure was up but they left  the job without making good and left large amounts of unused materials in the front garden.  Since then I have had several leaks which  to this day (7th September 2026), have not been solved in spite of several heated discussions.  The workers are lovely men but the company is completely inept.

County have just finshed my replacement conservatory and my wife and I are delighted with the result. The whole process has been worry-free and I don't think that we can find any fault with the installation service. Every workman and supervisor has been excellent and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and from start to finish they have taken away any rubbish and left everything clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to County to anyone who might be thinking about replacing their old conservatory.

Re the purchase and fitting of a new front door - great workmanship and overall very professional service end-to-end

Fantastic new front door! We decided on a Timber Windows front door and side windows and were pointed in the direction of County Home Improvers. Their service was faultless. They were happy to tweak my design a few times until I was absolutely satisfied. The product is an outstanding one - high quality, very well made. On the day of installation, they arrived on time, removed our old front door and side windows and replaced it with the new ones within hours. They were professional, tidy and their workmanship was excellent. Overall, we could not be happier with our new entrance. Well worth spending a bit extra to get a top quality product!

I was delighted with the quality and installation of the 3 French doors and 8 windows that I had completed last year that I decided to carry on the job with the last 2 windows. I am pleased to say it was the same experience. The fitters are all conscientious and experienced so the final result was a delight.

We are VERY happy indeed with the work County Windows have done for us. From the outset everything was made easy and we were really impressed with your installers who worked so hard and were so pleasant on some of the hottest days days this Summer. Everything was left tidy and the glazing is wonderful. We didn’t know that it would actually have such good insulating properties it KEEPS THE HEAT OUT; a delightful and very unexpected bonus when it was 37 degrees outside.

Ryan and Rob worked so well fitting the whole house with new windows and doors. The job was finished sooner than expected. They left everywhere tidy and clean. Very professional.

I recently had County - The Home Improvers replace the front door on my cottage. Two years ago I had them replace all my windows and my back door. I can not recommend this company enough. Every aspect of dealing with this company is a pleasure. Prior to buying I visited the Heathfield Centre and the Tunbridge Wells showroom. The sales people are very organised, listen to your requirements, make suggestions and ensure that you get what you need / require rather than trying to sell you more! Once you buy the good service continues. The surveyor and office staff keep you informed and do their very best to ensure the process is smooth and trouble free. When they arrange an appoint, to measure up or to install they always turn up and on time! they promptly respond to all calls and emails. The installation teams are friendly and professional, ensuring you are fully happy before, during and after the installations and make sure they fully clean up after themselves. Another nice touch was that both installation teams that dealt with me were family teams, one a father and son, the other a father and daughter. This company fully appreciate that it is your choice, that it is your home and that you are spending a lot of money, so do all they can to make the whole thing a good experience. Definitely use them again.
