Everything about my experience with ERG has been positive. From the sales discussions with the rep, to the more involved conversation with the surveyor, and then the hugely efficient fitting by Neil. He had to return due to a measurement being wrong with one of the panels, but the final finish is fantastic and has exceeded my expectations. Neil tidied up after he’d finished and clearly takes pride in what he does. The people in the office were friendly and helpful, payment of the very competitive bill was easy, so I have had a great experience. Thank you to ERG! 🙏🏻

Jody and Dillon helped remove fittings in my conservatory before the job started. The men were all very pleasant and did a really good job and went above and beyond what they needed to do to help me. I am very pleased with my conservatory now that it is insulated I'm sure I'll be able to use it a lot more. I would definitely recommend the whole team!

Flawless ordering, comms and execution

We engaged ERG to fit two composite doors in our house. From the start of the process until the end, they were friendly and professional. There was no pressure to buy from them. Their fitter was a dream. He did the doors in a day. There was no mess and he tidied everything up before he left. He asked if we were happy with doors before he left. They took all our old doors and rubbish away. I would not hesitate in using ERG again.
